Why was WellBeings Created?
WellBeings was created from a fundamental understanding: how you feel physically and mentally profoundly shapes your experience of life. Founder Blake Godbee experienced this firsthand through his struggles with asthma and anxiety. When conventional approaches fell short, he discovered the transformative power of breathwork, sauna therapy, and cold-water therapy. This personal journey inspired him to create WellBeings in Johns Creek, GA with Randy Caplan as his business partner—a space where people could access natural therapies that strengthen your both body and mind, rather than simply reducing negative symptoms.
The impact of WellBeings inspired something bigger. Although WellBeings serves the local community, Blake, Sam Wilder (a strategic partner), and Randy Caplan (partner in WellBeings) collectively recognized an opportunity to share these powerful wellness concepts with a wider audience. Together, they created Minimal Dose, translating the WellBeings experience into digestible content that could reach people anywhere while maintaining the same philosophy: delivering the dose of information needed to create meaningful change.
